Flower Road of Kasumigaura
From June through September, known as the “Flower Road of Kasumigaura,” African Marigolds fill the flower beds which line the Nishinarui Municipal Highway and the Kandatsu train line which extend from the east exit of JR Kandatsu Station. The planting and maintenance are taken care of thanks to the cooperation between local citizens and the Greener City Association. The picturesque band of vivid orange seems to tug at the greenery as it bends and extends, providing for an impressive trip down the local roadway.
